This policy explains what information eugeniahair.com collects when you visit, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

The short version: we measure visits and ad results with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity, all loaded through Google Tag Manager and only after you accept cookies; we send contact-form messages to our email; bookings are handled by Vagaro, which has its own privacy policy; the site is hosted on Cloudflare; and our video is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

Information you give us:

Contact form: your name, email, phone number if you add it, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Email and phone: whatever you include when you write to us or call us.
Bookings: when you book, you give your details to Vagaro, not to this website. See "Booking through Vagaro" below.

Information collected automatically when you visit:

Device and browser information: browser type, device type, operating system, screen size and language.
Usage information: the pages you view, how long you stay, what you click (for example the BOOK NOW button, our phone number or email link), and the page or ad that brought you here.
Approximate location: your general area (city or region), worked out from your IP address. We do not collect your precise location.
IP address and technical logs: collected by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Cookies and similar technologies: small files or identifiers stored in your browser by the analytics and advertising tools described below.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health details, through this website. Please do not send it in the contact form.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages quickly and protect the site from attacks and spam, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser information and the pages requested. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. Cloudflare's own privacy policy explains how it handles this data.

Analytics and advertising

We use these tools to understand how people find and use the site, and whether our ads work:

Google Analytics 4. Measures visits, the pages people view and actions such as clicks on BOOK NOW, phone and email links. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes your IP address to estimate location; we see reports, not your identity.
Google Ads conversion tracking. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, a cookie tells us whether that visit led to an action such as a booking click or a call. This helps us know which ads are worth paying for.
Microsoft Clarity. Shows us, in aggregate, how people move through pages (scrolling, clicks, where they stop), so we can make the site easier to use. It may record anonymized sessions and uses cookies.

All three are loaded through Google Tag Manager, a tool that manages these tags and sets no cookies of its own.

These providers receive data directly from your browser when you visit and handle it under their own privacy policies. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Embedded video. Our salon video is embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In this mode, YouTube does not use your viewing to personalize your experience unless you press play. When you play the video, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect information about your viewing under Google's privacy policy.

Cookie consent. When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose: accept all, reject all, or choose analytics and advertising separately. Until you choose, and if you reject, no analytics or advertising cookies are set; Google receives only anonymous signals without cookies or identifiers (Google Consent Mode), which it uses to estimate overall results. Your choice is saved on your device. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Booking through Vagaro

When you press BOOK NOW, you book through Vagaro, our booking and scheduling provider (account hairbyeugenia1). The details you enter there, such as your name, phone, email, appointment history and payment information, are collected by Vagaro and shared with us so we can manage your appointment. Vagaro handles that information under its own privacy policy and terms, which you can read on Vagaro's website. We use your booking details to confirm, remind you about and provide your appointment, and to contact you about it.

We never see or store your full card number on this website.

Contact form messages

We use it only to answer you, and, if you ask, to set up a consultation. We do not add you to a mailing list from the contact form.

How we share information

We share information only:

with the service providers named above (Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Vagaro and our form provider), who process it to provide their services;
if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public;
with a new owner, if the business is ever sold or transferred.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices and requests

Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without analytics and advertising cookies.
Google Analytics: you can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Google ads: you can manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
Your information: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email below. We will answer within 45 days. Some information, such as booking and payment records, may need to be kept for tax and legal reasons; we will tell you if that applies.
Vagaro account: to change or delete your booking account, use your Vagaro account settings or contact Vagaro, and let us know so we can update our records.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
